Last week my boyfriend and I got together a last minute video and entered into Electric Forest’s King & Queen Contest. Basically it’s a contest that picks two people to represent the spirit of Electric Forest. The winners get VIP tickets and all kinds of other cool stuff, including extra VIP passes to hand out to people as they please. It looks as if over the last few days the judges went through and did a round of eliminations… And ours got into the final 7!
Our video features some of our cool EL wire costumes and some shots of me double & triple LED hooping. I think it would be really awesome to be able to represent Electric Forest as a hooper, since we all know Electric Forest has such a strong hooping community.
I wouldn’t usually use this blog to post things like this, but winning this would be just so amazingly incredible for Brandon and I. We truly love & represent the EF ideals and would use the position to do as many cool things for as many people as possible. Any comments on the video showing support would be so, so, so appreciated!

I understand it’s not your favorite thing to be solicited via Tumblr, but if you could take out a few seconds to write a comment on an entry for two cool glowing hooper kids, it would be truly amazing.
